KALKI Fashion offers a customer-centric 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your luxury ethnic wear purchase. We strive to provide a seamless experience for returns on all eligible, unworn items with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your KALKI account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Our logistics partner will collect the package, which will then undergo a rigorous quality check at our warehouse to ensure the garment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Processing Refund

  Once the inspection is approved, refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method, while COD orders receive store credit or bank transfers.

• 4.
  Exchange Delivery

  For exchange requests, the new size or replacement style will be dispatched within 48 hours of the original item passing our quality verification process.
