Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, KALKI Fashion ships to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and the weight of the package.

Can I get my outfit customized or tailored?

Absolutely. We offer custom tailoring services for most of our ethnic wear, including lehengas and blouses. You can provide your measurements through our online measurement form after placing your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for domestic orders on non-customized products. Please note that customized, stitched, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. Custom-stitched or made-to-order outfits may take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the intricacy of the handwork.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and different screen resolutions, there might be a slight variation (5-10%) in the actual color of the fabric.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and PayPal for international transactions. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
